Nicole Tracy – Naturopath
The owner and manager of the Park Orchards Health and Wellbeing Centre, Nicole has been working at the centre for more than 17 years. Growing up in Park Orchards, Nicole’s passions are Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, Flower Essences and Food as Medicine. Nicole is also a birth attendant, and supports women physically and emotionally through labour and early parenting. Nicole enjoys working with her clients to support them on their journey of achieving and maintaining a greater state of health & wellbeing. Preconception Care, IVF and pregnancy support are an important part of her work and she is committed to working with couples and individuals to grow healthy families.
With an Advanced Diploma in Health Science (Naturopathy) and Certificate in Natural Fertility Education, Nicole is a member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia, the Australian Homeopathic Association and the Fertility Society of Australia.

Nadine The Dietitian
Nadine Dobell - Dietician
Nadine is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian with over 20 years clinical experience. She works with clients to find easy, practical ways to implement changes. This might include help with food preparation, cooking, planning, food label reading, clarifying mixed messages from the media and more!
Experienced in all areas of nutrition, Nadine has special interests in weight management, diabetes, menopause, PCOS and gut health - irritable bowel, food allergies and food intolerances, FODMAP's as well as paediatric nutrition - fussy eating, nutritional deficiencies and sports nutrition.
For nutrition consultations you can self refer or request a referral from your GP if you are eligible for a care plan (claimable on Medicare and private health cover - check eligibility with your provider). She also offers telephone and zoom consultations.
