• Please arrive 10 minutes early for first appointments to allow for consultation and getting settled

• Treatment includes homecare advice

• To secure a booking a non-refundable 50% deposit or gift voucher is required 

• Rescheduling - a minimum of 48 hours notice is required or group bookings 1 weeks notice is required.  The first re-schedule is free of charge.  If re-scheduling under the required notice time a 20% loss of booking/administration fee is charged.

• Cancellations or no shows - a 50% of treatment booking fee.  To avoid this, it is suggested you could transfer or give the treatment to someone else or re-schedule. 

• Public holidays and Sundays incur a 5% booking surcharge. 

• As a sole trader/small business especially post Covid-19 shutdowns/restrictions I need to have these policies in place to continue my business.  I have to turn away other bookings and lose business with cancellations and also re-scheduling.  I spend much time with bookings, administration etc, especially pamper parties and also when I need to engage other therapists.  I offer a personal, professional, caring and customised experience for each and every client.  Thank you for your understanding and support.
