Q: Do I need a wedding makeup trial?
A: A trial is highly recommended 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding. Try to make it your
hens or a night out and take photos to see how well the makeup photographs.

Q: If I am having a spray tan for my wedding day, do I need one prior to the trial?
A: Yes your foundation needs to match your skin tone that you will have on your wedding
day, so have your spray tan 2-3 days prior to your trial including face (ensure prior
exfoliation).
Q: What are the requirements before waxing?
A: Ensure hair growth is at least 0.5-1cm and exfoliate a day or two before waxing. Don't apply moisturiser on the day of
waxing.

Q: After having fillers, Botox and laser, when can I have a facial?
A: Check with your Dr. or Therapist, as it varies depending on the procedure and clients' skin. But generally for fillers & laser
wait 2 weeks and for Botox wait a few days.

Q: Can you remove gel or shellac polish?
A: No, only regular nail polish. We do not use pure acetone which is a harsh chemical that degrades the skin and nail plates.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Q: What if I need to re-schedule my appointment time?
A: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment time?
A: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Q: Can I change my booking from mobile to your treatment room?
A: Yes of course, please provide a minimum of 12 hour notice.
Q: Do I need to provide anything for a mobile service?
​A: All you need to provide is access to a power point, hot & cold running water, adequate lighting. For Pamper Parties,
chairs are also required for you and your guests.

Q: What suburbs does the mobile service cover?
A: Mobile services are available to the eastern ,south eastern and north eastern suburbs of Melbourne, longer bookings
outside these areas may be arranged. Travel charges may apply, please enquire for further information.
Q: Are there minimum booking times for mobile services?
A: Yes, a minimum of 1-2 hour bookings are required unless otherwise arranged, depending on location.

Q: Where is the beauty treatment room location?
A: It is located in Croydon, outer east of Melbourne, Victoria and the address will be given upon booking.
​
Q: What is the minimum booking time for Pamper Parties?
A: Usually 2 hours but please allow 15 minutes before and after party for setup and packup.
